— A note from the host

Most of the conversations dads need to be having aren't happening out loud.

They're happening in cars, in garages, in the five minutes after the kids finally go down — and then they evaporate.

This show is an attempt to put those conversations on the record. Honest sit-downs with fathers, mentors, and guests who've thought hard about what it actually means to lead a family today.

— The road here

How the Guild got here.

    2008

    Became a dad.

First son, first sleepless year, first time the old playbook stopped working. The questions started here.

    2014

    Started the Guild.

A small circle of fathers meeting in a garage to talk about the things nobody talks about. It never stopped.

    2019

    Picked up the mic.

What worked in the room had to leave the room. The first conversations were recorded on a phone, on a folding table.

    Today

    The show, on the record.

Long-form, unfiltered sit-downs with fathers, mentors and guests doing the work — and bringing their families with them.

— What we stand for

Four things, non-negotiable.

Presence

Be where your feet are. Especially at home.

Courage

Lead the family you actually want to lead.

Honesty

No sugarcoating. No performance. Just the work.

Brotherhood

Dads were never meant to do this alone.

"The dad you want to be is built in the small, unseen moments. This show is for those moments."
